Dear West Lothian College,
Can you please provide details of all remuneration (salary and/or fees), annual sums and pension premiums paid to all Trustees/Members of the Foundation since the inception of the Foundation (or subsequent appointment date if this is the latter)
Also, can you provide details of the number of Officers and Staff employed (including Technical and Professional Advisers) along with their salary details (including any pension contributions).
Finally, I would be grateful if you can provide the following:
1. Details of any grants, gifts or bequests made to the Foundation and advise if they are from public funds or private sources?
2. Details of the name and locations of all bank accounts where monies are held or any investments made?
3. Copy (electronic will be sufficient) of all Board Meetings/AGM's for the Foundation.
4. Details (including monetary value) of all successful applications to date.
I would be obliged if you can also provide details of criteria used to appoint each Trustee?
