Please provide all correspondence, meeting dates, meeting minutes, Emails, records of phone calls, and all information regarding the housing development of the Green belt land, at Albert Fellowes Park, Rainhill. This should include correspondence from and between all Council employed staff, Officers, Councillors, or voluntary members, and should also include those with personal conflict status, and those Council employed staff or Councillors / Officers who considered their advice to be “off record”, or of a personal advisory/recommendation nature.

This should cover, but not be restricted to, all internal and external communications & discussions with 3rd parties, e.g. Jones development, Rainhill United Football Club, Rainhill Scouts etc.

Communications, and any other party, from the date of January 2016 to the present date.
