Dear Greater Manchester Local Resilience Forum,

In the light of recent heat, I'm writing to identify who is responsible for the creation and maintaince of a list of air conditioned sites for use by people at elevated risk in the event of a heat wave. A number of candidates sprang to mind - NHS, Fire, Police. I'm guessing you will know! Having asked the GM Combined Authority they denied they or the Fire Service were the one.
