Please find attached the agreements held by Goldsmiths in respect of your
Freedom of Information request. I need to advise you that section 40(2) of
FOIA provides an exemption from the right to information if it is personal
data and to disclose it would contravene any of the data protection
principles. Article 5 of the GDPR states that personal data shall be:
processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the
data subject. Goldsmiths takes the view that individuals would have a
reasonable expectation their details of their signatures would not be
disclosed, therefore, this information has been redacted in our response
