Dear Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust,
You have not provided information on all requested subjects, the response is one sided and represent the staff detail in detail but very little mention of Harassment to patients by staff and the implications thereof.
Item7 What is SASH policy on harassment to patients by staff? This is covered in our Respect in the workplace policy:, where is this policy? Why is it not provided?
Why does the trust sometimes not follow SASH procedure when annotating Hospital documents i.e. discharge summaries by not warning customers of Trust intentions or possible trust intentions for there to be a permanent log of alleged verbal harassment and alleged uncooperative behaviour and what corrective measures are in place? Nor is there any indication of the timescale and review process which seems to be open ended.
I would hope in the spirit of cooperation to receive a response to my appeal but you may consider some a new FOI which I will submit if necessary.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Aggression'.

Dear foi (SURREY AND SUSSEX HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST),

18 December 2019 was the date of request and it is now 17th January and yes you have exhausted your legal obligation and presented me with a whole document that required no presentation, as it exists.
I consider this Tardy and against ICO spirit of cooperation and disclosure.
Soul searching is the order of the day

Yours sincerely,

Geoff Lovell
