Dear NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group,
Would you please release:

1. The agenda and minutes for meetings of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Body held in 2016-17 but not pro-actively published on the CCG's web-site*. I am not seeking the draft minutes of the 13 September 2016 meeting.

2. The section of the agendas for those elements of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Body 2016-17 and Primary Care Co-Commissioning Joint Committee 2016-17 meetings containing items scheduled to follow a special resolution to exclude the public. It appears these agenda items have been omitted from the published agendas*.

This request is not for any meeting papers other than agendas and minutes.

Dear NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group,

Your ref: SF/sb/FOI144-16/17:Taylor1

In its response of 13 October 2016 to my FOI request for:

"The section of the agendas for those elements of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Body 2016-17 and Primary Care Co-Commissioning Joint Committee 2016-17 meetings containing items scheduled to follow a special resolution to exclude the public."

The CCG replied:

"...the CCG does hold information relevant to this element of your request. However, as this is a Joint Committee with NHS England there is a need for the CCG to liaise with this organisation in advance of making its decision regarding disclosure. The CCG will therefore confirm its position once the view of NHS England has been obtained."

Has the CCG now confirmed its position and is it in a position to update me on the progress of my request?
