Dear Cambridgeshire Constabulary,

Could you please release the agenda for the May 2013 Force Executive Board meeting.

If the agenda is not yet available, could you please let me know date of the next scheduled meeting of the Force Executive Board and when the agenda is expected to be produced.

I note that the force has accepted, in an internal review response sent to me on 26 April 2013, its previous claim agendas require ratification at a subsequent board meeting prior to publication was false.

If this request is rejected on the grounds of intended future publication please provide details of the proposals for publication. (I note the agenda for the April 2013 meeting has not yet been published at http://www.cambs-police.co.uk/about/foi/... )

    Executive Board meeting.
   
    If the agenda is not yet available, could you please let me know
    date of the next scheduled meeting of the Force Executive Board and
    when the agenda is expected to be produced.

Your request will now be considered in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.  You will receive a response within the statutory
timescale of twenty working days as defined by the Act. In some
circumstances, we may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this is the
case, you will be informed and given a revised time-scale at the earliest
opportunity.

If we require any further clarification regarding this request, you will
be notified.

We would advise you that the nature of certain requests may involve
payment of a fee.  If this is the case, you will be notified.

SInce you have acknowledged that the Agenda has now been published, we
consider thir request withdrawn.
