Dear Mr. Charlton,

Further to your recent request for information on the above topic, we have
a duty to confirm or deny whether we hold the information you require.  We
are also duty bound to provide you with assistance to enable the provision
of information.  To that end, I am writing to confirm that we will be able
to provide you with the following:

Information for the financial years requested

Information relating to doctors/nurses separately with all the other
categories (AHP, HSS, Radiography, Physio) combined into one figure.

The above information can be provided within the obligations of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.  We consider that to provide the
information in the year format you requested and to separate out the
disciplines would result in our needing to exempt under section 12(1) as
to provide it would require a member of staff to manually review
individual invoices and such review is likely to take longer than 3 days,
incurring a cost in excess of £450.

Can you confirm whether a) you are happy for us to provide the information
as outlined above or b) whether you would like to review your request or
c) you require us to issue a fee notice?

Kind regards

Jean King
