Agency spend in schools 10/11

Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai Bristol City Council fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear Bristol City Council,

I am interested in the amounts paid by each school in
Bristol LEA to third parties in relation to temporary
staffing cover. My hope is to receive an electronic breakdown of
amounts paid through the department's purchase ledger by school.

Notes:
1. I would like the information in electronic format. This should
avoid any printing cost issues.
2. In order to avoid your having to collate information from
peripheral systems, I am willing to accept information only from
your main system (I would like you to advise which system this
is).By main system I mean the system that handles the largest part
of the department's expenditure. If supplier payments are made
through
separate systems, then I would like you to choose the main system
for each.
3. The information I require for each school is: School
Name;Supplier name and total amount paid.
4. I would like the information to cover the year 2010/11.

Yours faithfully,

Fiona Baker

Dear Fiona Baker

With reference to your recent request for information attached is a
schedule analysing the expenditure coded to school agency staff on the
Council's accounting system for the financial year 2010/11. This is the
final position for the year after closure of the accounts 21st April.

The Council's accounting system allows me to identify the spend by school,
by type of employee. I regret that I am unable to identify the supplier
by school within the time allowed under Section 12 of the Freedom of
Information Act.

This response should answer your request in full. However if you are not
satisfied with this response or wish to lodge an appeal against any
exemptions that may have been applied, you can do so by writing to the
Data Protection Officer at Bristol City Council Legal Services, The
Council House, College Green, Bristol, BS99 7PH, or [Bristol City Council request email].
Details of the complaints procedure can be found at

still not satisfied with the response you have received you have the right
to complain to the Information Commissioner, details of your right to
