Our overall agency spend for 2016/17 was £153,273

This breakdown by staff category was:

Teaching and Assessing staff:      £140,912

Managers:           £12,361

We do not intend to provide a breakdown by supplier under the following
exemptions:

Section 41 exempts information (price / identity) as it was agreed in
confidence and that duty of confidentiality is owed to the other party.
Disclosure would be a breach of that confidence.

Section 43 exempts information which, if disclosed would be likely to
prejudice the commercial interests of any person. It protects not only the
commercial interests of third parties but also the commercial interests of
the College. It is intended to protect the ability of a public body to
obtain goods or services on the best possible commercial terms and to
protect the legitimate commercial interests of its supplier. This is
especially pertinent during a tendering process as any response can be
seen as providing a commercial advantage to one potential supplier. The
information you seek falls into this category.
