Unfortunately, we do not have record of having received your original
request.  However, I have passed your reminder to our HR Department and
they endeavour to respond by Monday 15^th September.

I understand you have made a similar request to South Leicestershire
College and again, you will receive a response by Monday of next week.

I apologise if our response was not to its usual standard, but assure you
that it is now receiving our full attention.
