Dear FOI (NHS IMPROVEMENT - T1520),

Thank you for responding. It is unfortunate that this information cannot be supplied.

NHS Improvement ranks the best and worst 20 trusts based on agency spend in each performance report. My interest in this data is so that I can figure out where some trusts fall outside of this published league table.

Would you be willing to provide the full list of rankings without sending the pay cost data initially requested? If so I would like to amend my request to ask for a full list of trusts, ranked based on agency spend as a percentage of gross pay, at Q4 2016/17.

Thank you for your help.

Yours sincerely,

Ellis Sausman

Dear FOI (NHS IMPROVEMENT - T1520),

Please advise if you can provide the full list of NHS Trusts, ranked based on agency spend as a % of gross pay at Q4?

Yours sincerely,

Ellis Sausman

Dear FOI (NHS IMPROVEMENT - T1520),

I am writing to prompt that I have still not received any acknowledgement of my previous request, and that the time period for NHS Improvement to provide a full response is due shortly.

Yours sincerely,

Ellis Sausman
