2. How many doctors have been booked outside of IR35 since April 2017?
3. What is your yearly trust spend on agency locum doctors via framework agencies, broken down into grade and specialty?
4. What is your yearly trust spend on agency locum doctors via OFF-framework agencies, broken down into grade and specialty?
5. What is your average total charge rate for a locum consultant doctor?
6. Who is the highest paid locum Consultant, what is the hourly rate and in what specialty do they practice?
7. Please can you outline your spend per agency, broken down by grade and specialty of doctor over the past 12 months?

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) came into being on 1st
April 2006 and assumed responsibility for the services provided by both
the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).

 

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case I will
let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before I will proceed to deal with your request.

 

You will receive the information requested within 20 working days allowed
under the Act unless the Trust does not hold the information or there is a
reason for it to be withheld. I will write to you in any event.
