Dear Greenwich Council
Thank you for the information, there are some parts missing:
1. Whereas the actual question I asked was the budget for Adult Social Care you have instead provided detail on something you call spending power. What was the actual budget for Adult Social Care in each of the years requested?
2. According to the figures you have provided “Spending power” for Adult Social Care has increased by £6m between 13/14 and 18/19 and yet the council has received the precept of £5.6m and BCF/ iBCF of £21.4m all of which must be directed to Adult Social Care. How is it that despite receiving £27m of targeted money for Adult Social Care year on year spending power has only gone up £6m?
3. The question asked for a breakdown of what the money was spent on instead you have provided a summary list of general spending areas Can you please provide an itemised list for each year detailing how the BCF and iBCF have been used?

Many thanks

Yours sincerely,

A. Novis
