Adult, children and NHS trust structure
Dear Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please can you provide the current/latest organizational structure for Adult and children Social Care teams – including the names and job titles of all mid and senior management.
Also, could you please provide the names and job titles of those who are responsible for the Commissioning of services for Adult Social Care and Children’s Services.
Please can you provide under the Freedom of Information Act a full management structure chart for the Trust inclusive of all 'Heads of Service,' 'Assistant Directors' and Directors with the full job titles and the names of individuals who hold these positions.
