Adult and Children's Social Care Organisation Structure and Contingency Budget

We're waiting for C McKay to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Halton Borough Council,

1. Can you provide an up to date organisation structure for both adult and children care services and including all teams within the services, operational and senior managers names where possible?

2. Could you please send me a breakdown of your agency spend and also off
contract agency spend (non-tender agreement) from Jan 2018 to Dec 2018 for
the following:

a) Qualified Social Workers
b) Team Managers
c) Assistant/Deputy Team Managers
d) Service Managers

3. Can you provide me with the agreed agency(contingency) budget
for locum social workers and senior management for 2018 within both Adult
Services and Children Services and If possible, projections for 2019 spend?
4. Please also provide a breakdown of the number of expected permanent appointments within both Adult Social Care and Children Social Care for social workers and senior managers for 2018?

5. Can you confirm if there are any service reviews ongoing or planned and
If so when they will likely be concluded and can you provide published
results of these reviews if applicable?
