Dear IMPFOI,

Thank you for directing me to the aforementioned site. However, an important aspect of admission is left out, that is the PUM/UMS of applicants and offer holders. Perhaps you should amend it in the aforementioned document reply here.
Thank You.

Yours sincerely,

Jack. Lee

Dear IMPFOI,

While the aforementioned document has been useful, it does not contain the full range of information as requested. That is the PUM/UMS of applicants and offer holders. Perhaps you should amend it in the aforementioned document reply here as

Dear Mr Lee,

We wrote to you further to our duty to provide advice and assistance to requesters. We explained that it is not possible for the College to provide details of the A Levels subjects (or other qualifications) that applicants are studying or their predicted grades, unless achieving a certain grade in a particular subject is a condition of an offer made to a student.

We could enquire whether we are able to provide information on the PUM or UMS marks of offer holders. I understand that you want this information for the following programmes: G401, G401, G600, G610, G700, H604 and H801. You would like this information separated by whether the applicants were international or EU/UK applicants.

Please confirm whether you wish to proceed on that basis and specify what time period you are interested in.

Yours,

Anita Hunt

Dear IMPFOI,

I have already requested an internal review when the same request was ignored. After providing more details on my request, my request was ignored again. This request has already been long overdue and your university should provide an immediate response.

Yours sincerely,

Jack. Lee

Dear Mr Lee,

Imperial College did not ignore your request. We responded to your FOI request on Fri 05/02/2021 15:02. We explained that it is not possible for the College to supply information about the A Levels subjects (or other qualifications) that applicants are studying, unless achieving a certain grade in a particular subject is a condition of an offer made to a student and referred you to our published admissions statistics.

You then asked for an Internal Review. We replied on Mon 08/03/2021 11:19 and explained what information was available and asked you to confirm whether you wish to proceed on that basis and to specify what time period you are interested in. You did not reply.

We replied to your original request by providing advice and assistance, further to the duty contained at Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act. We have not yet formally responded to your FOI request so it is not possible to ask for an Internal Review of our response. If you wish to proceed with your request on the basis suggested in our email of 8 March, please confirm and specify the relevant time-period.

Yours,
