Administrative Courts

Pat James made this Freedom of Information request to Supreme Court of the United Kingdom This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Waiting for an internal review by Supreme Court of the United Kingdom of their handling of this request.

Dear Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, I seek neither legal advice or opinion in law, however, I do seek confirmation of fact.

Please provide or direct me to evidence in "Common Law" that states that administrative courts, such as "bulk Centres" and "Council Tax Liability Hearings" have any jurisdiction in common law.

Please provide or direct me to evidence in "Common Law" that states that administrative courts as described above are deemed as courts of record.

Again, I am in no way requesting legal advice or opinion in law.

Yours faithfully,

Pat James

Dear William Arnold, the MoJ is deliberately misrepresenting my legitimate request for recorded information, and your assertion that I am seeking legal advice is erroneous as I specifically stated. Please answer the question without further obfuscation.
Yours sincerely,

Pat James

Dear William Arnold, as you can provide no evidence that Administrative Courts have no jurisdiction in Common Law, then by inference they must be unlawful.

Yours sincerely,

Pat James
