April, 2009, relating to addresses of 'long term empty' Commercial
properties that are within the Chelmsford Borough Council area. I have
passed your request to our Property Services for a response. It is the
Council's intention to reply to your request by the 15th. May, 2009. If

Chelmsford Borough Council should hold information on empty Commercial properties though your rates records.
you should have a list of those properties which rates are exempt from Business Rates
