Dear Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service,

I have recently been made aware that some of your employees receive additional payments for attending incidents when they are not on duty, I believe that they get 20% for this.
If this is correct can you advise me what the requirement to receive this is, how much it costs the service yearly(a breakdown of individual costs for 3 years), when and how the agreement was reached and if this is reviewed on an annual basis.

Dear Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service,

Thank you for your reply, I have followed the link you provided to the FBU and Grey Book, it advises that the 20% allowance is only paid to Station Officers and above working within the Flexi Duty System, can you confirm that it is only Station Officers whithin Hampshire who receive a 20% allowance, and if other employees receive any additional allowances can you provide what percentage they receive and how much that equates to per annum?
I could not find any detail on how the 20% allowance was agreed originally or if is reviewed annually, so would be grateful if you could proved that information also?

Thank you for your reply, but in relation to your answer to question 2 and in particular the breakdown; as there is only two departments that receive this allowance, i am unsure why this is would take such a long time or why can't it be broken down at least show the amounts per grade within the departments.
