Additional costs to taxpayers after leaving the EU

Kristian Healey-Ryder made this Freedom of Information request to HM Treasury This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

HM Treasury did not have the information requested.

Kristian Healey-Ryder

Dear Her Majesty’s Treasury,

In leaving the European Union, how much additional expenditure will be incurred by central, local and devolved governments each year for the next five years? This includes additional civil service costs, administration costs, government agencies, the costs of consultancy fees, etc.

It has taken 20 days for the Cabinet Office to reply that they do not hold this information. I trust that the Treasury will reply more promptly.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Kristian Healey-Ryder
