Dear Housing and Property Chamber First-tier Tribunal for Scotland,

Please provide copies of all communications received from the landlord, Michael Monk, his agent, Ober Esates Ltd/Robert Laurie, or anyone else who sent material to The Housing and Property Chamber First Tier Tribunal for Scotland in relation to the matters arising in the case of Addiewell, Glasgow Road, Sanquhar, Dumfriesshire DG4 6BZ. This should be for the period 1 September 2016 to 28 February 2018.

There was a Repairing Standard Enforcement Order on this property from September 2016 until February 2018. The criminal landlord, Michael Monk, failed to comply with this and there were attempts to harass and intimidate the tenant by a series of unlawful acts of Monk, his associates and The Housing and Property Chamber First Tier Tribunal for Scotland.
