Kamrita Bengals made this Freedom of Information request to High Speed Two (HS2) Limited

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai High Speed Two (HS2) Limited fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear High Speed Two (HS2) Limited,

The sahota family is reported to have purchased the East Midlands Hub site at Toton Sidings from Network Rail, and immediately felled trees; prior to revealing the route.
There may also have been taken a view on gravel extraction.

With Nework Rail having a vested interest in HS2 site, and Dr Onkar's constituency being affected by a proposed tunnel (or not), there appears a potential conflict of interest.

This looks suspicious, and we wonder when HS2 first published it's route information.

Dr Onkar Sahota is Labour's London Assembly Member for Ealing & Hillingdon.

What privileged, non-public information had been made available to London Assembly Members, and in particular, Dr Onkar Sahota, in terms of route information, from the beginning of HS2 to 2011?

Yours faithfully,

Kamrita Bengals Ltd

Dear HS2 FOI,

You can glean neil humphrey as a "person name" from the email.

However, the ICO advice is a "company name" is sufficient, if not dealing with multitudes of requests...

A company is "legal person".

Would HS2 consider expanding this to include "Labour Party" contact in London, or should I file a separate FOI for that?

I am curious to explore all paths to "Sahota "ownership, in the public interest.

HS2 may also have dealt with Dr Onkar Sahota at Heathrow City Regeneration? (formerly Southall) and Norwood School as a governor.
(I am of course contacting these pseudo public bodies, so please do not waste too much time - as it is better for them to come back with dates etc).

Has he ever been to an HS2 presentation from concept to 2011?

Yours sincerely,

Kamrita Bengals
