Dear Nursing and Midwifery Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Nursing and Midwifery Council's handling of my FOI request 'Abuse of Process during FtP hearings.'.

You have calculated that gathering this information will exceed the cost limit, but I believe that this is an overestimation of the resource required.
Please look at the request and determine a shorter time period requested than that of "5 year period" in order to be able some information on this area. For example reducing the scope of the request to looking at the previous 1 - 2 years I believe would fall within an acceptable period to be able to complete the FOI

Many thanks I look forward to hearing from you
Kind regards

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Cathryn Watters
