Abuse of disabled clients
During the financial years 2013/14 and 2014/15 (up til 16th Feb 2015):
1) How many referrals (# not %) regarding the sexual abuse of disabled clients has the council recorded? Please provide a breakdown by physical and learning disability.
2) How many referrals (# not %) regarding the financial abuse of disabled clients has the council recorded? Please provide a breakdown by physical and learning disability.
For clarity, I am attempting to obtain the latest figures the HSCIC collected from councils in 2012/13, see pg 37: http://www.hscic.gov.uk/catalogue/PUB134...

You might want to make it clear to the public body that you want the breakdown *into* physical and learning disability, rather than *by* disability. The report you cite does the former, and the latter might start to make individual cases identifiable...(for example if the body broke down to the level of, i.e. Angelman/fragile X/cri du chat syndromes)
