Dear Hillingdon Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am aware that this person was not a Council employee.

I would be literally stunned and deeply concerned if not a single email had been sent regarding this matter, given the serious nature of the crime, the obvious concern that the crime was committed by a carer, and the role of Hillingdon as the safeguarding authority for the area in which this dreadful crime occurred.
I am writing to request an internal review of Hillingdon Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Abosede Adeyinka'.
