the issues are also being discussed here..

http://www.edp24.co.uk/content/edp24/new...

"Mr Fuller said the process was not “unitary through the back door” but a way of maintaining local control over vital services"

amazingly the area under dispute includes the SW Norfolk Parliamentary Coinitstituancy that has been subject to so many problems associated with the bullingdon club..

Dear Right2Know,

These documents have not been made available.. are they only to be made available to the local political associations..

.. or do they point to serve that the SNDC protestations to the boundary commission were an hypocrisy designed to maintain paid party political workers (i.e. local elected representatives) who will support the acts of the staff to maintain their party.

Yours sincerely,

Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS

Dear Mr Carruthers

I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a
position to respond. Please find attached the paper that was leaked to
the press detailing questions and answers that is referred to in the EDP
report that you refer to in your request.

I can also advise you that South Norfolk Council has not met with
Breckland at Barnham Broom to discuss shared services.

I hope this is of assistance and is sufficient to meet your
requirements, but if, for whatever reason you wish to get back to me,
please feel free to do so. In particular if you are unhappy with the
information provided or how your request was handled please let me know
and I will explain how you can request an internal review of our
decision.

Please quote FOI 09-269 in any further correspondence concerning this
request.

Regards
