Dear David Anderson,
Thank you for your response. In particular, I am looking for documents that detail WDC's formal decision which was promised as an action following on from the stakeholder meeting on 7th September.
I am in receipt of an email from John Whitehouse, County Councillor for Kenilworth Abbey on 31st October 2016 asking for a progress update to to Cllr Dave Shilton, who replied on 01/11/16 with: "The decision will be made in the near future after further work has been completed by the Green space team and senior officers.
