I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee do hereby make a request under any enactment with the right to make an application to the Courts.

1) There was a judgment given in the High Court of Justice for Misfeasance in Public Office, Please kindly provide a copy of the Court Order since the Queens Bench Division does not hold other documents. There is Misfeasance in Public Office in the Attorney General Law Officers as well.

2) What is the Council Policy for extended Payment under the 2008 Statutory Instrument when any Person moves from One Borough to another Borough Council.

3) How many Persons have been given Loan or Grants under Section 179 of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) from April 2008.

4) How many Persons have been given Discretionary Payment who are having the Short Fall towards their Rent.

By Law you were required to provide the requested information within the time frame and will request the ICO to record this.

I had a Stroke and I am disabled now, and you are discriminating me under the equality Act 2010 and the Human Rights Act 1998.

You have a duty to assist the courts and tribunals by the rules of the courts and tribunals as the information will assist the court and other persons.

I Have not received a response from your office whilst under the Local Government Access information a person is required to inspect and take a copy.

The Data protection Act 2018 does allow a person to be given copies whilst the Open Justice is being obstructed by many other local authorities.

You have a Duty to Assist the Court for the purpose of justice and Freedom.
