Dear Brighton and Hove City Council,
I would be grateful if you could provide, under the Freedom of Information Act, a list the premises that currently have business rates relief from BH City Council. Please can the list include a) the address of the premises; b) the type of rates relief they have - e.g. charitable, Small Business Rate Relief, Empty Rates, Empty Property Occupation Discount, Charities and discretionary relief, Retail Relief, Government Reoccupation Relief, Flood Relief or The Deferral Scheme; c) the name of the person or business paying the rates (to whom the relief is given); d) the date on which the relief was awarded.
I'd be grateful if the information could be in excel format.
Please do not hesitate to ask should you require further information.
With many thanks,
[name removed]
