Thank you for your request below, Wirral Council can supply the following
recorded information you have requested, I have included responses
alongside your requests;

 

Please could you provide copies of the licences granted (if any) by

     Wirral Council under which businesses may display A-boards or shop

     displays on the pavement for the following businesses.

    

     Please also include (if available) details of:-

    

     (a) whether a licence has been granted and if so the type (eg

     standard/bespoke, A-board/shop display/pavement cafe)

    

     (b) the date the licence is from and to.

     (c) the details of the licence eg number of A-board/s, size of shop

     display etc

a standard shop display licence, details as below:-

Ref SDF/ES/12/001, issued 26/01/2012 to 25/01/2013 for an area projecting
from the shop frontage by 1m with a maximum length of 2.6 to the left of
the shop doorway (as viewed from highway) and an area maximum projection
from the shop frontage 1m for 1m in length, reducing to 0.4m maximum
projection for 1.5 in length to the right of the shop doorway.
