Dear Transport for London,

This year I noticed there are new cameras installed on the A3, are they live, and are they average speed cameras?

Will you be erecting any signs to indicate the new style of camera on the road?

Thanks

Yours faithfully,

Mark

Dear Transport for London,

You have not yet responded to me directly relating to my email requesting information about the A3 and the new speed cameras along the road, are they in use yet, if not when will they be in use, are they now average speed camera or not?

By Law, public authorities must respond promptly to requests, in most cases public authorities respond within 20 days, but from my initial request it has been much longer than that. You must respond promptly, otherwise you are breaking the law.

Yours faithfully,

Mark
