Dear Mr Johnston,
Re: Freedom of Information Request – List of School Email Addresses

I refer to your request for information, which was received on 28^th November 2011.  You
have requested a datasheet (Excel) list of all primary and secondary schools in England,
Scotland and Wales with head teacher names, email addresses and telephone contact numbers.
I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”).

I have prepared an extract for you from EduBase, which is the Department’s register of
educational establishments.  This contains the following school types:

o Academy Sponsor-led;
o Academy Converters;
o Community, Foundation;
o Voluntary Aided; and
o Voluntary Controlled schools.

These school types have a phase of education attributed to them of middle deemed primary,
primary and middle deemed secondary and secondary.

I am afraid that EduBase does not hold information on schools in Scotland or Wales.  In
order to source this information I would suggest that you contact the following:-
