If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request for information
has been dealt with you are entitled to request a review by writing to the
Executive Director Customer Services, Argyll and Bute Council, Kilmory,

Your request for review must state your name and address for
correspondence, specify the request for information to which your request
for review relates and detail why you are dissatisfied with the response.
You must make your request for review not later than 40 working days after

of how we dealt with your request for information dated 28 September. I
note that the response was sent within the 20 working day timescale on 24
October.
I’ve reviewed your request, the response and your request for review and
sought further information from the relevant service.
I’ve attached a copy of a letter received from our insurers which fully
responds to your request and apologise that this was not provided to you
with the original response.
