I write in response to your request under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act.
Please see the replies, set out against your questions, below:
1. Has this Trust ever deployed the Civica Paris product?
No If the answer is "no", please go to question 4
2. If you answered "yes", then please choose the applicable option(s):
a) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris & it is still in use. We have no plans to replace it
b) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris & it is still in use. We may replace it in the next five year
c) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris in the past. However, we are now in the process of
decommissioning it
d) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris in the past. However, we are planning to decommission it in the
next five years
e) Yes, we have deployed Civica Paris in the past. However, we have since decommissioned it (please
specify date)
f) Any other response not covered by the above options
3. If you answered "yes", who is the person who is responsible for the management of data associated
with Civica Paris, including any residual and legacy data
4. If you answered "no", do you have any plans to deploy Civica Paris in the next 5 years? Who would
be responsible for producing the Statement of Requirements?
No Not applicable. The information provided is the property of Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust and subject to
