of the Inspector's Training Manual (ITM) on the 17th August.
 
Further to your request, please see attached below a copy of the latest
ITM, for your information. Due to the limitations on file sizes with
attachments, please note that it is split into 3 parts.
 

Please note that the Inspector Training Manual is subject to regular
updates, and the Manual does not constitute Government policy or guidance
and does not seek to interpret Government policy. In the event that there
appears to be a discrepancy between the Manual and national policy /
guidance, any national policy and guidance will be conclusive.

 

As this document is not written for an external audience, many of the
hyperlinks point to our internal systems at the Inspectorate (including
links from one chapter to another), and therefore will not be accessible
to those outside.

 

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your request for information, or
the way we handled your request, then you can ask for an internal review. 
Details of our review procedures and contact details for the Information
Commissioner’s Office are set out in the attached leaflet.

Thank you for your further email regarding your FOI request for the ITM. I apologise that you were not able to access the attachments on my previous email sent via our customer service system.

I am now using Outlook in the hopes that this solves the issue you have faced in receiving the ITM. Please see attached a copy of the ITM, for your information. Due to the limitations on file sizes with email attachments in Outlook, I will be sending this to you in 3 parts. Part 1 and the FOI review procedures documents are attached to this email, and Parts 2 and 3 of the ITM will follow in separate emails.
