working days from the day when your request was originally received by

The Trust will endeavour to process your request.  However, in light of
the national emergency and the Trust prioritising Covid-19 staff time is

Dear Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Care placements for adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy'.

You have calculated that gathering this information will exceed the cost limit, but I believe that this is an overestimation of the resource required. Other NHS bodies have been able to provide this information, and I am happy to accept simply the names of the placements as requested in Q1 and the financial information you hold in whatever format it suits you to provide within a reasonable time frame. You have referred me back to BOB ICB without giving any further information, but they have advised that Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are delegated to procure placements and have the information I require.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

C Waits
