Dear [email address], Thank you for a reply .You seem to have misunderstood my question .I would not expect you to know how much postage is purchased online from Royal Mail, I would expect you to know how much postage purchased online from RM is accepted in Branch through Horizon as pre-paid .This is a procedure that records item by type,price paid,service used and gives a COP. SPM pay advices record .MDA 2 information in SPM pay clearly shows branch % RM prepaid acceptance and compares it to the national average. It is this amount of postage that I believe you should know the value of and can measure its increased useage. Please recheck ,thanks John

As explained in our response letter to you, Post Office does hold the information on how much postage purchased online from Royal Mail is accepted in Branch, however Post Office considers it would be likely to harm the Commercial Interests of the third party and therefore s43(2) of FOIA is engaged.

Dear information.rights,Thank you for a reply.I am sorry for labouring the point but you do hold this information.All PO Branches MDA2 Summary Analysis report has details of prepaid mail accepted in branch.It also shows the national average,mine is 6% whilst the n.a.is 18%.I have been contacted to take part in a mails survey from 3rd -9th Oct.Can you please check your findings once more-strewth this reminds me of the NFSP Grant Funding FOI.

You later said you had some of it and then some more and you now claim that you cant share any of it because it is commercial sensitive.Spm would love to know how much it is to help plan for the future.So given your change of tack and evasive nature of replies please look at this again
