1) Please provide the names of all CQC registered residential, nursing and supported living providers commissioned to meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy since 1st April 2019.

2) For each of these providers, please specify the total number of placements funded through NHS Continuing Healthcare in each financial year since 1st April 2019 and the associated cost.

3) For each of these providers, please specify the total number of placements where funding has been provided through NHS Funded Nursing Care for each financial year since 1st April 2019 and the associated cost.

4) For each of these providers, please specify the total number of placements where funding has been provided through NHS Personal Budgets for each financial year since 1st April 2019 and the associated cost.

Good morning,

Thank you for your request for information, which we received on 28^th
June 2022, regarding documents and information relating to Care placements
for adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy.

I am acknowledging your request on behalf of Bristol, North Somerset and
south Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG). We will be
dealing with your request for information in accordance with the Freedom
of Information Act 2000.

Under the Act we have 20 working days to respond to your request and we
expect to be in a position to reply to you by 26th July 2022.

Please note: As of 1^st July, BNSSG CCG will cease and BNSSG Integrated
Care Board (ICB) will be established as the new statutory organisation.
All statutory functions currently exercised by CCGs, including Subject
Access Requests, will be conferred on ICBs from 1^st July 2022 along with
the transfer of all CCG staff and assets. Therefore, if the response to
your query is sent after 1^st July 2022, this will be sent from BNSSG
ICB.   

Dealing with your request:

In normal circumstances we should be able to (a) confirm or deny that we
hold this information and (b) if we hold it, send it to you within the
statutory timescale of 20 working days. You should note however that the
Act defines a number of exemptions which may prevent us complying with
either of these duties. We will explain if this is the case and if we
apply the 'public interest test' to our decision.
