Dear UK Health Security Agency,

I request under the Environmental Information Regulations all manual and electronic correspondence and the notes/minutes of any meetings between the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) / Public Health England (PHE) and the Environment Agency regarding the proposed plant described by permit application EPR/CP3803LV/A001 at Northacre Industrial Estate, Stephenson Road, Westbury, BA13 4WE. Please include any correspondence and notes/minutes of meetings that refer to this proposed plant even if the correspondence/meetings did not primarily concern this proposed plant. Please include any relevant letters/emails sent both to, and from, the UKHSA / PHE and please include any attachments to these relevant letters/emails.

We request the above information by email in a readily readable format such as PDF files.

Thank you for your assistance.

Yours faithfully,
