I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Note that the
information is not held in a single place and a number of different
sources have been used to collate it.

 

Please see the attached “RS Info Sheets” document which contains the
information for most of the stock. In addition, see the attached files
“IMG_1522” and “IMG_1523” which contain the information for the 1967 TS
and 1983 TS stock. For the 1986 stock colleagues at the London Transport
Museum have provided the following extract from “London Underground
rolling stock” by Brian Hardy, 12^th ed (1990) p.30:

 

Each of the prototypes consisted of two two-car units … the three trains
were formed and numbered thus

 

Formation        DM – NDM + NDM – DM

Train A            11        21        22        12

Train B            13        23        24        14

Train C            15        25        26        16
