Dear Mr Kellard
Thank you for your enquiry of 16 August where you requested information on used
Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) for Tier 2 Intra Company Transfers (ICT) with a
breakdown by employer, three most common Standard Occupation Codes (SOC),
ICT sub-category and whether 'the job is on a client contract'. This has been dealt
with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please see the two separately attached tables showing the following information.
1) Tier 2 ICT used Certificates of Sponsorship, for the period 1 January 2011 to
31 July 2011, with a breakdown by top 25 Employers, top three occupation
codes, ICT sub-categories - Established Staff, Skills Transfer and Graduate
Trainee and whether the ’job is on a client contract’ .
2) Tier 2 ICT used Certificates of Sponsorship for the period 1 January 2011 to
31 July 2011 by occupation code, ICT sub-categories - Established staff, Skills
Transfer and Graduate Trainee and whether the ‘job is on a client contract’.
The figures quoted are not provided under National Statistics protocols and
have been derived from local management information and are therefore
provisional and subject to change.
