DESCRIPTION: 
1. How many Birmingham and Solihull residents have you treated for mental health? Please provide figures for each year since 2011.
2. How many of them (as totals) are BAME, under 40, women, veterans, Muslims?
3. How many are in permanent full-time employment?
4. How many are on fixed-term contracts or low-paid (less than £25k salary)?
NOTES: 
 - As a Service User referral or spell can span across multiple years, they are counted for each period. 
 - A Service User's age is determined as their age at the beginning of the year
 - Data prior to 2013 is unrealiable, so data has been provided from 2013
 - We don't collect data on type of employment and salary
