Dear Mr Parnham, 
 
Thank you for your request of 20 January 2022 in which you asked for the following information: 
 
Please provide me with any installation schedules / diagrams, narrative text available that relates 
to the East Oxford LTNs and / or the planned Oxford Quickways scheme. I am happy to accept 
rough drafts, preliminary timeframes etc. 
 
Please also provide me with any discussions between those OCC personnel who are responsible 
for drawing up the East Oxford LTN / Quickways Scheme installion timetable and Tim Bearder, the 
relevant supervising cabinet member, in relation to the planned implementation process. The 
timeframe for this part of my enquiry is 1 November 2021 to today's date. 
 
Oxfordshire County Council does not hold this information. The implementation schedules 
are currently being developed by our consultant and we do not currently hold any 
information on this. 
  
No discussions have been had with Cllr Bearder on the detail of the programme, other than 
confirmation that works are planned to commence on the LTNs in March/April 2022 and the 
Quickways to start from May 2022.
