Bridge on Sunday 16/1/2022 received on Tue, 18 Jan 2022.
Request It was reported in the 'News & Star' today that the crews from the Carlisle East Fire station were deployed in
an operation at 'Irishgate' Mil ennium Bridge on Sunday 16/1/2022.
The Fire Service Aerial Ladder Platform (ALP) was sent to the scene as wel .
Request: What is the estimated cost of such an operation?
Response The council does hold information within the definition of your request.
The Incident required several resources that were on duty and ready to respond to emergency cal s, therefore
there was no additional cost associated with these assets other than fuel.
The cost incurred was reference an On-Cal resource that was mobilised, the cost of this was approximately
£96.40.
