Please provide me with a copy of all external presentations / talks made by Oxfordshire County Council's Patrick Lingwood (in his capacity as an OCC official) since June 2020. Please take an expansive interpretation of "presenations / talks" in terms of the materials you supply me with. For example, please include both PowerPoint Presentations and / or speaking notes as applicable.

My request is intended to inform me about OCC's current thinking regarding traffic issues in Oxford, as represented by a senior OCc official via public, or semi-public, talks.

I am particularly interested in any events that Mr Lingwood spoke at that were organised, facilitated, or involved, the following organisations:
