The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 only extends to recorded

information? What are these if applicable?

Our process has been developed to drive/support/encourage positive
responses to our requests for CB Information.

Community Benefits monitoring and reporting?

We fully support the delivery of Community benefits and collection and
reporting is an enabler to positive delivery

tender cost submissions and do you have any evidence/examples to
demonstrate this?

We have no evidence of this being the case

15) Do you think it would be beneficial to your organisation if the
Scottish Government introduced a standard set of Community Benefit

We report and measure Community Benefits in line with and in compliance
with the Procurement Reform Act.
