Dear Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust,

Number of people admitted in to hospital who has tested positive for Covid-19 and have received one dose of any vaccine.

Number of people admitted in to hospital who has tested positive for Covid-19 and has received both doses of any vaccine.

Number of people who have been put on a ventilator after being admitted in to hospital and have tested positive for Covid-19 and if they have received one dose of any vaccine.

Number of people who have been put on a ventilator after being admitted in to hospital and have tested positive for Covid-19 and if they have received two doses of any vaccine.

Number of people who have tested positive for Covid-19 and then have been placed in ICU and if they have received one dose of any vaccine.

Number of people who have tested positive for Covid-19 and then have been placed in ICU and if they have received both doses of any vaccine.

If you are unsure or do no hold the data of of a patient has received one or both vaccines then please can you state if you have documentation of a patient receiving any dose of the vaccine. But they data I am requesting is for patients who have been vaccinated and then being admitted in to hospital with a positive test or receiving a positive test once admitted.
