How does a new provider for supported living accommodation receive referrals from the council?

What are the contact details for the persons responsible or managing the supported living framework? (please include telephone number, email address, full name and physical office address)

What is the process of referrals for young people in supported living accommodation?

What are the contact details to request more information on how supported living works in Hillingdon?

Can you provide me with a list of providers or organisations who are registered providers in Hillingdon and surrounding areas?

How are the costs for supported living accommodation paid?

How is supported living assessed and please provide contact information for the department that makes the assessment.

It is the Housing Benefit department that decide whether a property is
exempt, in order to be considered exempt you will have to meet the
qualifying criteria.
What is the weekly Housing Benefit paid for People in supported living
accommodation (specified exempt properties). The highest, lowest and
average rent paid per person?
Highest - £508.56, Lowest - £13.99, Average - £215.87.
Is Hillingdon Council looking for Non-profit Community Interest Company to
provide supported living accommodation to work with?
For new opportunities please register with the Council's sourcing portal.
There are no live opportunities at the moment. The tender opportunities
will clarify the Council's requirements and
weightings. [1]https://www.capitalesourcing.com.The Council does not
prioritise the organisation type of provider.
Is there a shortage of supported living accommodation for services users
aged 16 +?
No shortage in living accommodation 16+.

How does a new provider for supported living accommodation receive

We decline to provide a response as disclosure would be likely to endanger
the safety of any individuals pursuant to section 38 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. Please note that some providers details are not
listed on Care Quality Commission's website and are not in the public
domain. We have considered the public interest test in relation to this
information, and we are satisfied that, on balance, the public interest is
in favour of the information being withheld.

Monthly in arrears via a provider payments portal.

How is supported living assessed and please provide contact information
for the department that makes the assessment.
