signed over/registered by their parents when they are born?

In reply to your response, the reason I did not use a "Title/Mr" is also in relation to this Cestui Que Vie Trust, I did not create the Trust, nor did I create the Title, I could neither read nor write when I was born, so this Trust was created without my knowing and also without my parents knowledge. It has never been brought to my attention the whole way through my "education", and for something so important this is deeply concerning, as it should be also for everyone else.
The issue I have now is that if I use this Title/Trust and it does not belong to me, I am committing fraud by impersonation, pretending to be a person that I am not, but if this Title/Trust does belong to me and I have not been beneficiary of this Trust, then a fraud has been committed against me, and as a result, whoever has perpetrated this needs to be held accountable.
